Gen Colin Powell who as Secretary of State, United States of America marshalled the Coalition forces that liberated Kuwait spoke at a Seminar organised by the National Bank of Kuwait on OPPORTUNITY & CRISIS IN THE MIDDLE EAST. KIBC Chairman Mr Markos Williams had the opportunity to interact with Gen. Colin Powell during the dinner meeting on the occasion.
